## What we mold

Five silicone families, each with its own molding cell, QC station, and documentation trail:

1. **Food-Grade (FG-001)** — bakeware, kitchen utensils, baby feeding products, coffee machine gaskets. Peroxide-cured or platinum-cured. Durometer Shore A 30–80. Service range −40 °C to 230 °C. Standards: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, LFGB §31, EU 1935/2004, GB 4806.7.
2. **Medical-Grade (MG-002)** — seals, valves, catheter balloons, respiratory interfaces, surgical instrument grips. Platinum-cured LSR in Class 8 cleanroom. Durometer Shore A 40–70. Service range −50 °C to 200 °C. Standards: ISO 13485, USP Class VI, FDA 21 CFR 211, ISO 10993, EU MDR Class I/II.
3. **Electronic-Grade (EG-003)** — flame-retardant, low-outgassing LSR for connectors, keypads, high-voltage insulation. Durometer Shore A 50–80. Service range −60 °C to 250 °C. Standards: UL 94 V-0, RoHS, REACH, IPC.
4. **Infant & Mother Care (IM-004)** — pacifiers, teething rings, breast pump flanges. Ultra-low-modulus platinum-cured LSR. Durometer Shore A 20–50. Service range −30 °C to 180 °C. Standards: EN 14350, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, TPE-free, BPA-free.
5. **Industrial-Grade (IG-005)** — high-temperature, oil-resistant FKM and VMQ compounds. Compression molded for high-pressure sealing under chemical and thermal load. Durometer Shore A 40–90. Service range −70 °C to 300 °C. Standards: ASTM D2000, SAE J200, MIL-SPEC.
