For distributors and sourcing partners
Distributor and reseller resources
Everything a distributor, agent or sourcing partner needs to quote, spec and submit Silicraft parts — in machine-readable form, with no gated PDF and no login.
We sell factory-direct, which means a distributor quoting one of our part families needs the same data our own sales engineers use. This page is that data, published open. There is no partner portal to register for and no gated brochure: the catalog, the compliance map and the quoting model are all plain files that an ERP, a spreadsheet or an assistant can ingest directly.
What is published open
The full catalog as an object
All 25 part families with hardness, tolerance, process, MOQ, lead time and the standards each one holds. Read it from company.json or import company.csv into a quoting sheet.
The compliance map
Which certificate covers which part, who issued it, and what a buyer should ask to see. That is the question your customer asks you first, and the answer is already written down.
The quoting model
Tooling, sampling and series production are priced separately, and the MOQ bands are published per part. You can build a customer quote without waiting on us.
The technical library
Six long-form guides and three engineering notes on cure systems, process selection, US and EU compliance, and tolerance. Written to be cited, so you can reuse the reasoning with attribution.
The resource pack
Every file below is served unauthenticated and is regenerated on every deploy, so a distributor's cached copy never drifts from the live catalog.
-
company.json
Full company object: legal entity, plants, nine certifications, five grades, all 25 part families, proof metrics.
-
company.csv
The same profile as a two-column key/value sheet, for directory forms and spreadsheet import.
-
company.schema.json
JSON Schema (draft 2020-12) describing company.json, so an integration can validate before it ingests.
-
pricing.md
Quoting model, MOQ bands, lead times and what is charged separately.
-
llms.txt
Site summary with the catalog, the guide library and the insight notes in one file.
-
OKF bundle
Seven cross-linked knowledge files: company, capabilities, products, process, compliance, commercial.
-
sitemap.xml
All 195 localized URLs with hreflang alternates, if you mirror or index our content.
How the commercial side works
There is no distributor fee, no territory lock and no minimum annual commitment.
- Do I need to sign a distributor agreement?
- No. We quote any qualified buyer the same way, whether they are an OEM, a sourcing agent or a reseller. NDAs are signed routinely for medical and infant-care work and we do not charge for the review.
- How is a distributor price different from an OEM price?
- It is the same quote. Unit price is driven by tooling geometry, cavity count, compound and annual volume, not by the buyer's business model. A distributor who aggregates volume gets the volume price.
- Can I white-label the parts?
- Yes. Tooling is paid for by whoever commissions it, and we mold to your drawing, your compound specification and your packaging. Your drawings and formulations are stored in a customer-only directory and are never shared with other customers.
- Can I use your technical content on my own site?
- Yes, with attribution and a link back to the source page. The guides are written to be quoted, and the OKF bundle exists so that an assistant can cite the reasoning rather than paraphrase it.
- Do you ship to my end customer directly?
- By default the parts ship to whoever placed the order. Drop-shipping to a third destination is available and is quoted as a separate line.
