The High-Temperature Silicone Roller is a 300 °C rated, ground finish. We mold it by HCR molding + grinding in a Shore A 50–80 compound, holding ±0.15 mm across production lots, and it complies with ASTM D2000 · RoHS · REACH · MIL-SPEC. A silicone roller sleeve for laminating and hot-transfer lines, ground to a concentric finish after moulding so the nip pressure is even across the web.
