The Silicone Optical Lens is a UV-stable, ±0.03 mm surface. We mold it by LSR injection in a Shore A 60–80 compound, holding ±0.03 mm across production lots, and it complies with UL 94 V-0 · RoHS · REACH · UV stable. Typical minimum order is 2,000 pcs; series lead time is 20 days.

Optical-grade LSR lenses and light guides that will not yellow under UV. Used where a polycarbonate lens would haze or crack in an outdoor fixture.
